For unlearning to take place three fundamental behaviours must be in place:
CURIOSITY – Moving away from preconceived ideas, opening up to the new and unknown and exploring the contradictory makes options available
COURAGE – The word comes from the French word coeur, heart. You need to open your heart, take on the challenge and be vulnerable.
unCOMFORTABLE – Growth happens in the non-comfort zone when we invite new ways, new perspectives and when we let ourselves be beginners at something
