To lead in a familiar context, with a team that you know and a market that is predictable is for most not a stretch in their leadership capacity. But the world very seldom looks that way. Rather there is continuous disruption and you have to grow your adaptability in order to handle whatever “wave” comes your way.
Looking at leadership as “under construction”, unfinished and as a journey of discovery fades the misconception that some are born leaders, and some are not. We all have to work on it, every day. The minute you think “I’ve got it”, is the minute you start becoming irrelevant as a leader.

To grow the ability to put each situation into perspective in order to choose the adequate way to lead compared to the “auto-pilot” way of comfort and safety

To grow a clear understanding of how organisational systems function and thereby understand how you in your role can influence the organisation for the best outcome

To grow your self-insight as the basis to lead yourself and others more efficiently. This is to ensure access to as much of your capacity, creativity and potential as possible, as well as that of the team you are leading.

Concepts

First Step Foundation – the Planting

the Planting is MRG RE’s foundation to grow as a leader. Through individual work the participant grows the capacity to maximize her/his contribution to organisational prosperity in current role. To do so there are two main components that need to be secured:

  1. The role of the participant needs to have the right pre-conditions
  2. The participant needs to have the adequate capabilities to efficiently perform in the role

the Planting includes 3 sessions over 3 months and one of the sessions focuses on the the Immunity To Change process. the Planting can be executed live or digitally. The fee for the foundational program is 40 000 SEK (3600 Euros).

Acceleration Program – the Sprout

the Sprout is MRG RE’s leadership acceleration program. It is an intensive “personal trainer” program with the goal to accelerate the performance of the role of the participant in the best interest of the organisation they represent. To do so there are two main components that need to be secured:

  1. The role of the participant needs to have the right pre-conditions
  2. The participant needs to have the adequate capabilities to efficiently perform in the role

The program works from the platform of the MRG RE Unlearn-to-Learn Sequence, the core concept of role and the theory of Growth mindset. The program also includes an Immunity To Change process consultation. Participants need to be curious, courageous and ready to get un-comfortable in order for growth.

The Sprout spans over 12 weeks and can be executed live or digitall with a fee of 100 000 SEK (9000 Euros).

Working on Your Most Important Improvement Goal – Immunity To Change Consultation (ITCC)

The Immunity To Change Consultation is a standalone half day consultation with an hour long follow-up call live or digitally. The consultation uses the Immunity To Change methodology developed by Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey and focuses on your most important improvement goal.

The fee for the ITCC is 25 000 SEK (2250 Euros). The process can be done with a group of maximum 12 participants.

Making the Shift from one Role to Another – Passage Consultation

Moving from one role to another demands a clear view of what has been contextual to old role and what needs to be contextual to the new role. As a way to get clarity the PASSAGE consultation paves the way for high performance in new role.


The Passage Consultation is a standalone consultation of half a day with a fee of 25 000 SEK (2250 Euros).
