We see culture development as a never ending process that needs to be given continous attention. We have now worked with MRG RE for seven years and their annual support process aids us to prioritize for the coming sprint of culture development. On MRG RE’s initiative threee years ago we also started measuring how our customers perceive our culture, as they are the core focus of our mission and vision.

The actions based set up, where I walked away with a clear to-do list every week, helped me keep up the pace of a real change compared to other leadership trainings that have just “slipped” away after that one-off event.
